I have worked in the au pair industry for more than fifteen years. With a young family, I have hosted multiple au pairs from Germany, France and The Netherlands. We remain close with all of them, and have visited several of the girls in their European hometowns. I understand what a gamechanger flexible, live-in help can be for working families. I love working with international partners, families and au pairs from across the world to promote this cultural exchange program. Our team here at Smart Au Pairs is committed to providing families with excellent service to ensure that their Au Pair experience is a success.

I am Juliette, one of the Program Coordinators at Smart Au Pairs Australia. I have a passion for travel and learning about new cultures. I love working in an industry that embraces this passion and allows me to assist au pairs in sharing the wonder of travel and cultural exchange. As an expat myself, I can help au pairs feel settled and secure in a new environment and provide them with tips that made the transition easier for me. I am also a mum, which brings me a wealth of knowledge. I understand the complexities involved in arranging childcare for busy families. I am always happy to chat and share my knowledge of the program. I love working for Smart Au Pairs and providing excellent service to ensure a successful experience for everyone.

I am responsible for uploading all our au pair profiles. This involves good communication and collaboration with partners from all over the world. What I appreciate the most about my role is the personal connection I establish with all parties involved. I am highly motivated to provide support and guidance to our au pairs as they navigate their experiences in a new country. In 2021, I got married, and though we do not have any kids, we are proud fur parents to three adorable dogs. I enjoy travelling, trying different kinds of food and embracing new experiences.
