Through your personal Smart Au Pairs account, you can access your hand-picked shortlist featuring profiles of potential au pair candidates.
You will have access to their full profile including letters, pictures, references, medical and police checks.
Families may interview multiple au pairs until they find their perfect match. We will provide you with an interview guide to ensure you cover all essential topics.

Once you have interviewed your ideal au pair candidate, you may invite them to join your family. If the au pair feels the same way about your family, we have a match!
Together, we will draft an invitation to formally invite your future au pair.
Your au pair will then prepare for their placement (visa, flights, insurance etc.) Upon their arrival in Australia, you will welcome them at the airport.
