Please e-mail your family letter to info@smartaupairs.com.au in word format with pictures of your family attached separately. 

Please be aware that you have 20 minutes to complete and save this page before your session will time out. Only type directly into the box if you have your letter ready, otherwise simply email it to us on info@smartaupairs.com.au.

Write this 'letter to au pair' with ample information about your family such as:

• your family, each child name & age and short info (what school they go to, school year, hobbies etc)
• parents jobs and hobbies/interest
• your pets, are they live-in or live out, friendly?
  
• where you live, your house, your local area, nearest language school, local transport and maybe include a link to local tourist information!
  
• Au pair role in your family, hours, tasks & schedule (breakdown day-by-day if possible)
  
• Au pair pocket money & accommodation (own room/bathroom, internet acces etc.) + extra hours/extra pay
  
• Extras you provide/contribute to for successful au pair, such as; mobile phone, travelcard, language classes, use of car in spare time etc.
