FEES FOR HOST FAMILIES TO FIND AN AU PAIR
We believe our fees to find an au pair offer good value for money and reflect the quality we deliver. Repeat placements receive up to $132 discount.
Our all-inclusive fees include all family documentation and material such as interview guide, contract guide & template, handbook guide + welcome pack.
A member of our experienced team follows up your registration with a free telephone consultation to discuss your family’s requirements and answer your questions.
After the consultation, we can activate your search with a non refundable deposit of $80, which is deducted from the placement fee below.

Repeat or return customers receive a bonus of 15% (up to $132) if they start the next search (with deposit) at least 3 months in advance. Alternatively 10% discount applies off continuous placements (between $58 and $88 off).

All placements fees to find an au pair include au pair replacement guarantee of 30 days and are based on a 6 month program to comply with the working holiday visa.
We encourage au pairs to attend our 3 day orientation. All you have to arrange is transport to your family home. Families outside Adelaide pay the costs of onward flights for the au pair to attend the orientation program. (Diamond au pairs do not need to attend) Its a small price to pay knowing that your au pair had the additional benefit of local personal training on arrival.

Candidates marked with ** are limited and we recommend early registration to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee you can start interviewing immediately for these specialist roles.
Candidates with good English and additional childcare experience are very popular. Some have a background in education or have been (summer) au pair before. Expect to pay more pocket money for experienced candidates and native speakers.
30 day guarantee - limited to 2 placements
As soon as your candidate is verbally confirmed, the placement fee is payable.
NOTE; we set aside $5 for every placement to support a children’s charity.

Deposits and credits remain valid for 3 months unless otherwise agreed. Discounts apply on next (continuous) placement unless otherwise agreed.
Additional administrative tasks such as written interview reports, detailed reference check reports, additional checks, documents and/or translations can be carried out on request. There will be a charge for additional administration and we will quote on an individual basis, according to your requirements - minimum $80 charge.
