After your consultation, we activate your search with a non-refundable deposit of $100.

All above fees include replacement guarantee of 30 days and based on a 6 month program to comply with the Working Holiday Visa conditions.

Families pay for or arrange airport collection from nearest International Airport. For au pairs booked to attend local orientation; you collect the au pair from the YHA hostel in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Host family outside the above listed cities pay for transport/interstate flight from orientation to family home. 

NOTE REGARDING 2ND PLACEMENT = EXPERIENCED AU PAIRS

We receive limited applications from au pairs already in Australia seeking a 2nd position. These candidates are in high demand, even if some can only stay 3-4 months in their second host family. 

We ask host families to refund the Interstate flight for these au pairs at the end of the agreed stay with your family. These extra conditions will be clearly indicated on the au pair profile. (Maximum refund amount $200)

The fee for short term (3-4 months) au pair placements is $525 including GST. Deposit $100 + $425 placement fee. 30 day replacement guarantee does NOT apply.

As soon as your candidate is confirmed, the placement fee is payable.

As soon as your candidate is verbally confirmed, the placement fee is payable. 

NOTE; we set aside $5 for every placement to support a children’s charity.

Loyalty/return discount based on continuous placements.
Deposits and credits remain valid for 3 months unless otherwise agreed.  Discounts apply on next (continuous) placement unless otherwise agreed.

Additional administrative tasks such as additional  reports can be carried out on request. Administration costs apply - minimum $80 charge.
