AGENTS, PARTNERS & CHARITY We take great pride in our network and their contribution to the experience of cultural childcare with a passion. AGENTS Families benefit from the knowledge, focus and added value that our network of agents all over Europe provide to au pairs - much of which as a result of successful involvement in the au pair industry. Our agencies are based all over Europe and speak the language of the candidate. They understand that quality preparation & vetting are key to success.
Agents are responsible for - providing information about the au pair program to prospective au pairs in their native language
- interviewing candidates
- testing language skills of candidates
- double checking that potential candidates have read and understood the information provided in native language to avoid misunderstandings
- validating the additional information provided by the au pair candidates (reference check, police & medical documents)

Why do we do this? Its simply great to put something back!
We wanted our host families to have a say and this charity was recommended to us by several host families. The team at Smartaupairs wanted to find a charity where we could not just donate but also be involved.
We would like to get 'stuck-in' and encourage host families and au pairs to get involved too!
We enjoyed the Santa run and are looking forward to raising more money though other events and activities.
